Due to significant increases in costs associated with operations of the laboratory, CVAS must institute a price increase.

CVAS, like all other businesses, has experienced significant increases in costs associated with our operations. We also realize that margins have been tight at many levels in the agriculture industry. We have not increased prices in a number of years, and have endeavored to work with diminished margins instead. At this time however, we feel that we have no alternative but to raise our prices.

As of September 1, 2011, there will be a general price increase for testing services. Details of prices will be available under the “Services / Pricing” link on our web site. At the same time, some of the discounts accorded to commercial accounts will be adjusted based on a new discount policy.

We value and respect each of our customers. CVAS will continue to invest in research and technical innovation to provide the best information available for those involved in the animal, agronomic, and research communities. The goal of CVAS to maintain our position of industry leadership nationally and internationally ensures that clients will be served in a manner to best meet their operational needs in the future.

Questions about pricing may be directed to our office staff; information related to discount adjustments may be obtained from Janet at jbish@foragelab.com. General questions may be forwarded to me at rward@foragelab.com or Cliff at cocker@foragelab.com.
